This Botswana expedition is a deep journey into some of Africa’s most untouched and wildlife-rich landscapes. From gliding through the Okavango Delta in traditional mokoros to tracking predators across Moremi, Khwai, and Savuti, the experience is built around raw wilderness and unforgettable safari moments. Expect remote camps, incredible game viewing, night drives, and days shaped by nature itself. The journey finishes along the Chobe River and at the legendary Victoria Falls, combining adventure, wildlife, and iconic African scenery in one extraordinary overland experience. Designed for travellers seeking authentic safari exploration, this trip captures Botswana at its wildest and most immersive.
Guests arrive in Maun, meet the team, and begin the journey into the Okavango Delta. The experience starts with time settling into the remote wilderness surroundings.
The day is spent exploring the Okavango Delta by mokoro, moving slowly through its channels and surrounding wilderness. Bush walks and time off-grid create a simple and immersive safari experience.
We leave the delta and travel into Moremi Game Reserve. Afternoon game drives begin immediately as we start exploring one of Africa’s most wildlife-rich regions.
A full day is spent game driving across floodplains and open savannah, searching for wildlife while enjoying the relaxed rhythm of safari life.
The journey continues into the Khwai region, known for its exclusivity and strong predator presence. Evening game viewing introduces a different atmosphere in the private concession areas.
Game drives continue throughout the day, with the addition of night drives offering opportunities to spot nocturnal wildlife including hyenas and bush babies.
We travel deeper into Botswana’s wild landscapes and arrive in Savuti. The scenery becomes more rugged and remote as the expedition continues
A full day is spent exploring Savuti, focusing on predator activity and large elephant herds moving through the channel region.
Leaving Savuti behind, we continue toward Chobe where the landscapes shift toward river systems and floodplains. The evening includes a sunset cruise along the Chobe River.
The journey continues with a visit to Victoria Falls on both the Zimbabwe and Zambia sides, experiencing one of Africa’s most iconic natural landmarks.
The trip comes to an end with departures from Kasane after a final morning reflecting on the journey through Botswana.
