Deposit:
Amount: 10% of the total trip cost.
Due Date: Upon booking confirmation.
Instalment 1:
Amount: 45% of the total trip cost.
Due Date: 2 weeks after booking confirmation.
Instalment 2:
Amount: Remaining 45% of the total trip cost.
Due Date: 2 months before the trip departure date.
Note: The deposit could be carried over to future trips. Failure to adhere to the payment terms may result in cancellation of the booking or additional fees. Please ensure timely payments to secure your trip reservation.

Cancellation Timeline:
Cancellation made more than 3 months before the trip: Full refund minus a 10% cancellation fee.
Cancellation made between 1 to 3 months before the trip: 50% refund.
Cancellation made less than 1 month before the trip: No refund.
Retention of Deposit:
If cancellation occurs within 2 weeks of the initial deposit and before the first instalment payment: A 10% cancellation fee will be retained, and the remaining 10% will be refunded.
If cancellation occurs after the first instalment payment but before the final payment (between 2 weeks and 3 months before the trip): The initial 20% deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee.
If cancellation occurs within 3 months of the trip when the final payment is due: The entire amount paid will be retained.
Exceptions:
In documented cases of emergencies or unavoidable circumstances, such as serious illness or natural disasters, the cancellation policy may be reviewed for possible exceptions, with refunds considered at the discretion of the company.
Communication:
Clear instructions on cancellation procedures and refund expectations will be communicated to customers.
Insurance Option:
Customers are encouraged to consider purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances that may lead to cancellation.
